FIBC lifting loops

Lifting loops are essential components of big bags. They bear heavy loads reliably when filling, transporting and emptying the large containers. Depending on the bulk material, special loops are required. Sometime there may be dust explosions when filling or emptying fine-powdered contents. This places particular demands on the FIBC. To keep the risk of explosion as minimal as possible, the components of the big bag must be electrically conductive.

ALATEX offers durable lifting loops in a variety of designs – as corner sewn loops in widths of up to 50 mm and as cross corner loops in wider versions, consisting of soft multifilament yarn, high-quality fibrillated yarn. Conductive versions with incorporated carbon fibers are also available. Customized versions can be made to order at corresponding purchase quantities.
